Reception Hours: 7:30am to 8:30pm.
Check-in is after 2pm on your day of arrival, however should you arrive earlier luggage storage is available and you are welcome to use the hotel facilities.
Check-ins after 8:30pm are by arrangement only. Please contact us before your stay so we can make arrangements for a late check-in.
Check-out time is prior to 10am on your day of departure. Should you require a later check-out, please contact Reception on the morning of your departure. Please note, late check-outs are subject to availability and additional fees may apply.
Payment Terms
Pre-payment of the cost of the first night of the booking will be taken from the supplied credit card in the 2 days before the morning of arrival. The balance of the account must be paid at check-in.
Payment for pre-paid and non-refundable bookings will be taken at the time the reservation is made, from the credit card supplied.
The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. Because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
We accept all major credit cards, plus Farmlands & R.D.1 Cards.
Cancellation/refund policy
A cancellation fee equal the total value of the first nights accommodation will be charged for cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival.
A no show fee equal to the total value of the first nights accommodation will be charged for accommodation not taken up and no cancellation is received within 48 hours of arrival
N.B. A 30 Day Cancellation Policy applies to all Scheduled Event Weekend bookings - Including - Cycle Challenge (Nov), Iron Man (Mar), Summer Concert (Feb).
